Body Dysmorphia

One thing that’s helped me is self-acceptance. I stopped trying to fit an unrealistic image of “perfect” and just embraced who I am. It took time, but now I’m comfortable in my skin, even with things I used to see as flaws.

I had to shift my mindset to stop seeing my body as the enemy. Now, when I work out, I do it for my health, not to change how I look. Focusing on feeling good rather than looking a certain way helped me stop comparing myself to others.
