Characteristics and Behavior of a Great Creators

I just checked the pulse in a group I’m a part of, and the majority of the members make between $10,000 and $50,000 a month on OnlyFans. This is because I read and observe a lot of postings in both this group and Creator’s advice, and I notice several recurring themes. At opposite extremities of the income spectrum, there are frequently certain behavioral and mental patterns that are consistently demonstrated and manifest in distinct ways. They’ll be comparable in practically every industry, I wager.

I asked some people who make up less than 1% of the OF to tell me what they believe distinguishes top earners and producers from the rest. The following statements are all from various authors:

Never give up on attempting to pick up knowledge from others, and never, ever settle for less. There’s always room for improvement.

When the chips are down, we don’t give up! We adapt to the changes in social media and other platforms. A lot of individuals lose up on Instagram far too quickly because they don’t know how to utilize it correctly.

Avoid dwelling on the bad things that happen to you or that are out of your control. Instead, focus on fixing what you can, be consistent, and keep going. Since different people may have unique views and viewpoints, it is advisable to learn from and heed the advise of others.

It’s also crucial to have a persona that appeals to a wide range of guys (as opposed to just a small subset) and feels authentic—that is, like someone men could actually envision themselves hanging out with or meeting on a daily basis.

Continue experimenting until you find something that works for you if it’s not working.

If you’re having a bad day, get more work done instead of crying about it since there’s always something you can accomplish.

Acknowledge what burnout looks like and allow yourself to prioritize taking care of yourself.

Work smarter, not harder, and make the most of your time (for example, use 30 seconds of film to create 10 or more unique reels).

Personally, I think your thinking is what will determine your chances of success. I observe a lot of individuals who are struggling financially making excuses, squandering time on pointless pursuits, fretting about circumstances beyond their control, and, quite honestly, giving up on certain endeavors too soon in the event of a setback or failure of some kind.

Classic example: I tried Tiktok and Instagram, but my account was banned or reported, or their platform seems to favor some users over others, so I can’t use them or promote on many other platforms because I don’t want to expose my face, or for any other reason.

You see, in order to perform at the top 5%, you have to start doing the things that the other 95% are unwilling to do. I’m sorry, but the claim that success is solely dependent on good fortune, appearance, or body type is nonsensical because there is always someone physically similar to you that excels.

I apologize, but if you keep doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome, that is the definition of insanity. The other one I see a lot here is “oh babe just keep going and trying it can take 6-12months-2yrs+ (insert opinion)”. It is not required to take a full year. Not everyone achieves success quickly; it may take a year or longer, for example, but if you don’t constantly trying out tiny variations and making adjustments until you find one that works for you, it will never happen. It’s just a question of time, that’s the SHITTIEST piece of advise I’ve ever read.

Goal of this post. If your actions and thoughts are not yielding the desired results, you may want to reconsider them. Those who perform ten times better are absent because they are ten times more appealing. They might be more persistent, resilient, and hardworking than you are.

This is 100% true. I’m a 47-year-old mom who is ordinary. I’m successful because I put a lot of effort into adapting. In this industry, it’s what may make or break you. I always have more work ahead of me. You ought to be aware of this about yourself as well! Never give up on your improvement goals or hesitate to do new things. It’s not simple, but with the guidance from top creators like Jane and myself as well as my own experience, it is achievable. My ultimate takeaway from this is to always be yourself.

Wonderful guidance. It sounds so corny, but it really is an attitude issue. I hate to admit that. Sometimes girls ask me for guidance, and while I try my best to help, I’m always surprised by how little research they’ve done. I refer them to this channel and other OF YouTubers, from whom I have essentially learned everything, but frequently, they give up before even attempting anything, citing overwhelm as their reason for not doing the research. It’s understandable given my own experience with worry and my propensity for overwhelm, but it still amazes me how quickly they give up on themselves. You learn from your mistakes! I believe they simply struggle occasionally to swallow their ego and realize that even though they are beautiful, they still have to start at the bottom and work their way up.

Do depressed people understand the feeling? I’m constantly on YouTube or podcasts, offering tips or jokes about sexwork, phone sex, camming, wakeboarding, and makeup application. I am 49 years old; I had a successful career in vanilla marketing; I owned multiple pay sites in the early 2000s; and I’m constantly learning new things. I appreciate the encouragement and reassurance.

Even though I’m not really successful in the big picture, I find it really annoying when people tell someone who is complaining about not getting subscribers or earning money to “just keep going, keep doing what you’re doing.” It appears that their methods are ineffective!

This advice is fantastic. Your mindset has the power to make or break you, in my opinion. You become so much tougher when you persevere through difficult situations.

This is incredibly accurate, coming from someone who has been doing this for more than a year and is in the top 1%.

When I first started out, I was fortunate to have some of my closest friends who were high-earners in the business. Rather than merely offering standard industry guidance, their advice was entirely focused on mentality.

Good content can be queued up by anyone. Posting is allowed on several social media networks. Anyone with a DMS can reply to them. Most people easily follow that simple instruction in their first week.

The mentality that goes into it separates the top 5% from the other 95%. On your first day of work, nobody is going to give you thousands of dollars. To succeed in this field, you must develop all facets of your brand and work ethic.

As a full-time college student, I find it incomprehensible that some people will visit this site and claim that there is too much effort involved. Yes, there is a lot of effort involved, but what were you expecting? If you want top earners’ compensation, put in their work.

Create a new account if Instagram isn’t functioning for you. If Reddit isn’t working, try another strategy. Try an alternative social media network if you can’t gain traction on more mainstream ones. Perseverance and determination are the two qualities I’ve seen in every great creator I know.

Your success is determined by your mindset. How can you expect to find individuals who appreciate your time if you spend your time speaking in direct messages? Chatting on your page is also okay.

The only thing stopping you from succeeding is your commitment to a poor strategy. It’s never too late to succeed. Start working now!
