Hello everyone, very happy to have come across this community 
I don’t know if other people here would have the same problem as me. I currently live in Canada, more precisely in Quebec. I have never been able to open an account because they do not understand that in Quebec we have identity documents specific to our province and not Canadian, as I no longer have a car license and that here the judge take the license during the santance I have no other ID. I don’t know if any of you have an idea to help me open an account
