Hello, I’ve noticed that occasionally fans receive an email when I go live, but most of the time they don’t. How can I solve this? It’s definitely easier to get someone in the room to address problems when fans don’t receive emails suggesting that I’m online, and I definitely make more money when that happens.
Perhaps it’s their settings; some people might not have them enabled for a variety of reasons, such as not wanting other people to know they use OF.
They have notification settings for it, but those are limited to scheduled live streaming. Naturally, they must also ensure that their email notifications are enabled.
